Blayne Robinson Steals the Show
Blayne Robinson 1B / LHP / Defiance, OH / 2019Report: While it was just BP, it’s hard to imagine 2019 1B Blayne Robinson (Defiance HS) didn’t grab the attention of pro scouts in attendance. The Louisville recruit stands 6-foot-5, 215-pounds and still has room to add even more strength. His length allows him to be simple with lower half, creating leverage from angles rather than momentum. His hands are well timed and staying very loose until launch, whipping the barrel through the zone with authority. He showcased big time juice, especially to pull side. Robinson possesses the biggest upside of any bat in attendance, regardless of position. |
