Wauseon 2013 RHP/OF Josh Cales committed to Toledo. Cales, who put himself on the radar at the Northern Ohio Open ID, is an intriguing prospect with plenty of raw skills and potential. The 6-foot-5, 205-pound prospect posses a fastball sits in the high 80's. While he is still a bit unrefined, he has plenty of upside. Also, he showed a top velocity of 89 mph from the outfield.
Lakota East 2013 LHP/1B Derek Baker committed to Ashland. Baker, who participated in the Top Prospect Games, posses a solid left-handed bat and displays some potential on the mound.
Pickerington North 2013 OF Ryan Miller committed to Miami of Ohio. Miller, who participated in the Top Prospect Games, has plus speed (6.5 60-yard dash) and shows the ability to get on base as well as hit for some power.
Lakota East RHP/IF Chris Elam committed to Lincoln Trail (IL). Elam, who participated in the Top Prospect Games, may be considered undersized, but shows plenty of potential at the next level. He is a smooth fielding infielder with excellent actions in the field. He has also showed some potential on the mound with a low 80's fastball.
Chillicothe Unioto LHP Bryce Arledge committed to Mount Vernon Nazarene. Arledge, who has participated in several PBR events, is a projectable 6-foot-3, 210-pound southpaw with a low 80's fastball.
Wapakoneta LHP/OF Johnny Crawford committed to Bowling Green. Crawford, who participated in the Top Prospect Games, is legitimate two-way player at the next level. On the mound, the southpaw shows an 83-86 mph fastball. The athletic prospect, who also played quarterback for his high school football team, shows a solid bat, above average speed, and some carry on his throws from the outfield.
