PBR: Why did you choose Lake Erie?
LeMasters: I liked the campus and the coaches and the opportunities I will have at Lake Erie.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
LeMasters : La Roche and YSU
PBR: Where did Lake Erie first see you? How did your relationship develop with their coaching staff?
LeMasters : The Northern Ohio Underclass Invitational. Coach McGee would also see me at the 2013 top underclass games and then several off my summer games in Class B in Youngstown
PBR: Lake Erie seems to be a program on the rise, how did that impact your decision to go up north?
LeMasters : I like what Coach McGee and his staff are doing and I want to be part of that future.
PBR: What role do the coaches expect you to play your first year on campus?
LeMasters: start as a spot starter and work out of the pen.
PBR: What is your biggest strength as a player and how do you feel that you will help Lake Erie?
LeMasters: Having mound presence and keeping my cool in any situation and that will help me in my ups and downs at the next level.
PBR: What was the most memorable experience from this summer?.
LeMasters: Taking a perfect game into the 7th inning in the Class B championship game against the Astro-Falcons with Coach McGee in the stands.
PBR: Who has had the biggest impact on you as a baseball player?
LeMasters: My Father
PBR: What were your stats for this spring season at Lakeview?
LeMasters: a 6-2 record with an ERA of 1.55 with 106 strikeouts in 58 innings.
PBR: Who is the toughest hitter that you have faced in Ohio?
LeMasters: Brenden Cox of the Astro Falcons.
