After regional appearances the last two seasons, Piketon High School is looking to take the next step in 2013.

Coach Bumgardner has eight returning starters in his everyday lineup as well as four returning pitchers headlined by senior southpaw Zach Farmer (OSU recruit). His squad will look to capture the Scioto Valley Conference title with stiff competition from Westfall HS, Unioto HS, and Zane Trace HS. 

Class of 2013

• LHP/OF/1B, Zach Farmer – The OSU recruit was first team All Ohio with a 1.60 ERA while hitting .514 last season.
• RHP/1B, Brice Bennett – The two-way prospect was second team all league and second team all district last season.
• C, Bryan Robinson – The senior backstop earned honorable mention all district last season.
• OF/IF, Isaac Brabson
