1. Cam Comer, IF/C/RHP, Olentangy Liberty
Medium body with strength projection. Good athlete. Worked out at numerous positions. (5.3 40 yd dash). Best skill is his bat. Definite homerun power potential from left side. Squared upright stance with quick bat speed into zone, squares barrel on ball with controlled upper-cut. Good load & finish. Needs to enhance his consistency in lower half which will come. Defensively, projects best as a corner infielder, has corner infield range, accepts ball well with 4 grade arm. As a catcher, shows some lateral ability but needs enhancement in footwork and glove to hand exchange (2.18-2.22 pop). On the mound, he shows moderate arm speed through 3/4 slot. Needs to enhance velocity. FB (77-80 mph) with some late movement; some feel and spin on curve (63-64 mph) and good arm side run on change (70-71). Bat will make him major D-1 candidate, but he needs to master a defensive position.
2. Logan Giddings, IF/OF/RHP, Pickerington North
Medium body with lean muscle and athleticism. His ticket on the next level will be his bat. Good balanced swing. Smooth load with with strength in hands, controlled upper-cut and good finish. Definite HR power potential. Gets good tourque from lower half. Defensively, has limited range but fields to what he gets to with good hands and 4 grade arm. Just needs to improve his footwork. Could be a LF candidate (5.5 40 yd). On the mound, he shows good, deliberate delivery with moderate arm speed through 3/4 slot. Below avg velo : FB (75-77 mph); CB (65-67 some spin) & change (70 mph). Projects as Mid-major D-1 1B/LF with power bat.
3. Sam Bordner, RHP/IF, Liberty Union
Tall, lanky body with lots of physical projection. Possible corner infield guy (3B). Shows good range and accepts ball well with sound arm, but needs to enhance his balance. Hits with open stance while showing good power potential with bat speed. Loads good and has controlled upper cut. Needs to work on consistently squaring his front side to the pitcher; has current leakage. On the mound, the big right-hander uses a loose arm with good arm speed through 3/4 slot. Delivery is good. Fastball shows some late life in zone (80-81 mph). Shows late bite on cut/slider (78-80 mph) & some spin on slow curve (68 mph). Good arm action on change, shows arm side run (68-71 mph). Potential two-way player at D1 level. Currently everything he does has projection.
4. Kyle Galyk, OF/RHP, Pleasant
Smallish body and extremely athletic. Excellent foot speed (4.75 40 yd on concrete surface). Shows good life and range defensively with good hands. Solid arm strength. Currently has speed to outplay any mistakes. Open stance as a hitter, tries to power the ball but should be contact guy to put defense on their heels. Doesn't square front side and needs better load of moderate bat speed. Currently D-1 athlete with small college hitting ability.

Father played football at Ohio State.

Medium body with some physical projection (5.64 40 yd). Shows good corner range defensively with short arm action. Needs to improve hands. As hitter, he hits from both sides (natural righty). Squares bat on ball well with some pop potential. Needs to improve keeping front side square to enhance lower half. On the mound, he shows clean delivery, moderate arm speed through upper 3/4 slot. Fastball (77-79 mph) shows heavy action. Shows spin on curve (66-67 mph) and decent arm action on change (68-70 mph).
8. Mitchell Schneider, IF/RHP, Kenton Ridge
Small, athletic frame. In the field, he shows average hands and above average footwork. He displays a quick exchange and short arm action through a high 3/4 arm slot. Tends to get tall and stiff. At the plate, he uses slightly open setup with quick bat speed. Line drive type hitter with pull tendencies. On the mound, he uses an easy delivery with quick arm action through upper 3/4 arm slot. Fastball sits 76-78 mph with some arm side run. Curveball sits at 61-66 mph and lacks consistent break. Change shows near fastball arm speed and sits at 66 mph while showing some fade.
The Best of the Rest

Moderate arm speed through upper 3/4 slot. Below average velocity at this time FB (67-68 mph), CB with big, gradual 2/8 breaking action (56-57 mph), and change (63-64). Plenty of time to develop overall physical strength.
Ethan Fremder, C, Piketon
Strong, stocky build. Shows 5.76 40 yd speed. Shows adequate corner range in infield but feet are heavy. Likely better suited behind the plate as a catcher. Shows low target and moves well laterally. Needs to improve hand to glove exchange (2.0-2.19 pop time with 56-64 mph velocity). Offensively, he shows good hand strength and pop in his bat with pull tendencies. At times, he tends to wrap the bat in his load.
