Height/Weight: 6-foot-3, 185-pounds
Rank: 40th in 2016 class
Scouting Report: 6-foot-3, 185-pound projectable frame. Right-handed hitter that starts open and gets to even. Swing path is good as he stays in the zone with good bat speed. Shows some power to pull side. Registered top exit velocity of 93 mph and ran a 4.25 home to first. From the infield he shows good range and a clean exchange. Throws from a high-¾ slot with good arm action and 83 mph arm strength across the diamond. On the mound the righty uses a quick, compact delivery and throws from a high-¾ slot. Uses two types of fastballs. The 4-seam fastball sitting 84-88, touching 89 mph while the 2-seamer sits 82-86 mph with arm-side run. Breaking ball has a slow 11/5 break at 67-70 mph. Uses a split-finger for his changeup at 72-75 mph with good action and sink.
