We would like to thank all who participated in PBR Ohio's 2017 Top Prospect Games. This was a great opportunity for the class of 2018-2021 prospects to be put on college radars. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase.
In the coming weeks, we will be adding and updating profiles for each of the players in attendance, including complete analysis and video.

Ohio Insider: 2017 Top Prospect Games Sneak Peek - Corner Infielders
2018 Class
Griffin Merritt, 1B/3B, LaSalle, 2018
Looks athletic and fluid in the box. Flashed middle of the order tools. Creates a ton of energy into contact and swings with intent. Path is flat and he consistently drove the ball with authority in batting practice. In the infield he moves light on his feet with athleticism to his actions. Projects as an average to slightly above average defender at third base and a well above average defender at first base.
'18 CIF Griffin Merritt ropes a 2-strike 2B to gap. Athletic kid also a stud QB in football. Interesting follow. Swung it well in bp pic.twitter.com/A8Cv4my2i4
