PBR: Why did you choose Ohio Dominican?

Laurendeau: I chose Ohio Dominican because I felt very comfortable with the coaching and family feel. l think it's somewhere I can really grow as a baseball player.

PBR: Where did Ohio Dominican first see you? How did your relationship develop with coaching staff?

Laurendeau: Ohio Dominican saw me at a game down in Ashland, I met Coach Hull there and he brought me in.

PBR: What role do the coaches expect you to play your first year on campus?

Laurendeau: I want to make an immediate impact at ODU next fall

PBR: What summer team do you play on and how has travel baseball helped your development as a player?

Laurendeau: I play for the Lake Erie Warhawks and they brought me up through great exposure and great coaching.

PBR: Who is the toughest hitter that you have faced in Ohio?

Laurendeau: The toughest hitter I've faced in Ohio is a good friend of mine and high school rival Evan Shawver.
