PBR: Why did you choose Mount Union?
DiCioccio: I chose Mount Union because it was the best fit for my wants and needs academically and athletically. I had interest from bigger schools, but the academics are phenomenal at Mount. That's why I chose Mount Union.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
DiCioccio: Ohio Dominican, Wooster, Findlay, La Roche, YSU
PBR: Where did the coaches first see you? How did your relationship develop with the coaching staff?

DiCioccio: I played in the Class B league at Cene Park in Struthers, Ohio. It gave me the opportunity to face many talented players and showed me what it takes to play at the college level. It is a very competitive league.
PBR: Who has had the biggest impact on you as a baseball player?
DiCioccio: My father, my cousin Ray Jaminet, and my coach Jim Devine. They all taught me to play the game the right way: Hard and with passion. Also, they drilled me on fundamentals from a young age.
