PBR: Why did you choose SVSU?
Winters: I went on my first visit and fell in love with the school and the environment as well as the baseball staff and their program.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
Winters: OU, Lake Erie College, UNC Charlotte, and a few other division 3 schools.
PBR: Where did the coaching staff first see you?
Winters: I was referred to by my High School coach and he watched video on PBR's website.
PBR: What team do you play for in the summer and what is your most memorable moment.
Winters: Premier Athletics Ray/Williams, playing Walsh at the Akron Rubber Ducks stadium previous high school season.
PBR: What were your expectations about the recruiting process?
Winters: I knew that it would be long and tough but I'm glad I've finally made a decision on where I'll be at next year.
PBR: What were your stats last season?
Winters: I don't know my stats from last summer but this year in high school I'm hitting .400 with 9 singles, 9 doubles, 2 triples, and 2 HR with 14 RBI
PBR: Who is the toughest pitcher that you have faced?
Winters: Chandler Day or Chris Machamer
