PBR: Why did you choose Muskingum?
Pagano: I chose Muskingum because I really liked the coaches and campus. It felt like a good fit for me.
PBR: What other schools were you considering?
Pagano: Baldwin Wallace, Ohio Wesleyan, Mount Union and Siena Heights
PBR: Where did the coaches first see you compete and how did your relationship develop with the rest of the coaching staff?
Pagano: My high school coach put them in touch with me. We developed a relationship after I went on my first visit, they stayed in touch with me every week and then I went on another visit and we continued to stay in touch.
PBR: What role does the coaching staff expect you to play during your first year on campus?
Pagano: They see me going in next year and competing for playing time early.
PBR: Who has had the biggest impact on you as a baseball player?
Pagano: My whole family has had a big impact on me. My parents have always supported me by getting me to games and traveling with me and my older brother Tyler has always pushed me to be the best player I can be.
PBR: Who do you play for in the summer and what was your most exciting experience playing summer ball?
Pagano: Ohio Warhawks and I just have fun playing on all the different college fields.
For school ball, the best part was winning Districts last year.
PBR: Who is the toughest pitcher you have faced in Ohio?
Pagano: Jacob Niggemeyer
