The Inaugural Invitation-Only event featured the best identified 2025 prospects from across the Prep Baseball Coverage Area in a four-day event at LakePoint Sports in Emerson, GA. Participants were given the unique opportunity of competing against other top-level players while representing their respective state in a high-level atmosphere.

This event ran in conjunction with the Prep Baseball Future Games. The Future Games featured the top uncommitted players in the Class of 2026 and 2027 from across the Prep Baseball Report’s 40+ state coverage area. It is one of the most highly recruited events of the summer and attracts more than 300 college coaches from across the country each year.

The Two-Ways

Braxton Prosser C / RHP / Galion, OH / 2025

Report: Utility skill set with the tools to cover ground in the outfield and catch/throw behind the plate. Sneaky pop in the bat, gap to gap approach. Also hops on the bump with a mid to upper-80s fastball. A prospect for mid majors to look at.

Brendon Rowe OF / RHP / Carlisle, OH / 2025

Report: Two-way prospect with some interest on the mound from some D2s. Dripping with athleticism. Raw in some areas. Best baseball ahead for the two-way.

Cody Shaw RHP / C / Defiance, OH / 2025

Report: Two-way prospect that showed more upside at the plate this past week. Shows some raw ability with obvious strength in the swing. Arm strength is his best tool behind the plate. Also hops on the bump with a three-pitch mix, with the fastball being in the mid to upper-80s. A prospect for mid majors to look at.

The Arms

Joey Buchanan LHP / 1B / Milford, OH / 2025

Report: The fastball sat 84-87, topping at 88. The southpaw showed an improved command of his arsenal. A prospect for mid majors to look at.

Sawyer Cooney RHP / SS / Bloomfield Hills, MI / 2025

Report: An 87-89 mph arm with some bite to the slider. Solid down mound with a high-3/4 slot. Some run to fastball. Tier II type arm that could turn into Tier I. 

Steven Fountain RHP / 1B / West Bloomfield, MI / 2025

Report: Long 6'10" body with high levers and life on the fastball. Also featured a curveball and changeup. Committed to Michigan State following the event.

Connor Fuhrer RHP / 2B / Archbishop Moeller, OH / 2025

Report: Late bloomer with unique characteristics on the fastball and a high level of feel for his attack plan. Immediate impact arm. A prospect for mid majors to look at.

Michael Giroux RHP / SS / Flat Rock Community , MI / 2025

Report: Upper-80s fastball with breaking ball for strikes. Repeatable delivery. Tier I arm that is getting power 5 interest. 

Owen Graf RHP / RHP / Anthony Wayne, OH / 2025

Report: High octane fastball in the low-90s, with developing command. Continued refinement of the secondary offerings. An arm D1s should be on.

Tanner Graf RHP / OF / Anthony Wayne, OH / 2025

Report: Repeatable delivery that generates a high-80s fastball with +avg carry. Advanced feel for the game and his arsenal. A prospect for mid majors+ to look at.

John Harabedian RHP / 2B / Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy, OH / 2025

Report: Low-3/4 slot RHP with command over his entire 4-pitch mix. FB 85-88 with ride and run. Present pitchability, room for more strength. An arm for mid majors to look at.

Cameron Niehaus RHP / OF / Divine Child, MI / 2025

Report: Projectable right-handed pitcher. Fastball sits 87-89, with feel for spin. High-3/4 slot. Out of stretch only, strong outing for Cam. 

The Infielders

Maxwell Albert SS / 2B / Galion, OH / 2025

Report: Steady defender with sneaky pop in the bat. Plays hard, makes the routine plays, flashes high level moves on both sides of the ball. High D2 level prospect.

Landon Holt 1B / 3B / Lakota West, OH / 2025

Report: Long-framed LHH corner infielder who is a lock down defender at 1B. Makes good swing decisions and has the ability to handle velocity. Gap to gap power. High D2-low mid major type prospect.

Kaden Howard SS / 2B / Hudsonville, MI / 2025

Report: Energy giver. Bat speed with control at the plate. Good eye and will take walks. Solid base runner. Gamer. Big week for the LHH. Mid-Major type player. 

Adam Levy SS / 2B / Graham, OH / 2025

Report: Gamer with good actions in the dirt, can pick it and make accurate throws from multiple slots. Line to line approach at the plate. Very good week for the RHH. D2-low mid major type player.

Daniel Seymour SS / RHP / Rochester Adams, MI / 2025

Report: Wiry frame with an above average arm from the left side of the infield. Should see added power numbers heading into spring with consistent strength progression. 

Chance Sobbry 1B / OF / Dexter, MI / 2025

Report: Multiple extra base hits from Sobbry this week, which led to a commitment to Georgia Southern on Friday. 

Luke Stevens 3B / RHP / South Lyon, MI / 2025

Report: 6-1, 192-pound R/R two-way prospect. Mid-90s exit velo to go along with an upper-80s fastball.

Cole Van Ameyde SS / RHP / Brother Rice, MI / 2025

Report: The RHH has made good strides last few months and has position flexibility as a corner outfielder or an infield. We have seen a growing number of extra base hits with added strength and revamped approach at the plate. 

The Outfielders

Jordan Kievman OF / LHP / IMG Baseball, OH / 2025

Report: Speedy outfielder with great instincts on the bases. Can put himself in score position in a number of ways. Also can hop on the bump and spin it from the left side. Mid major type profile.

Jovan Love OF / Archbishop Moeller, OH / 2025

Report: Tooled up athletic outfielder who is a true two-sport standout at a premium high school. Has had success against some high level arms this year. Runs and throws at a high level. Mid major type outfield prospect.

Cash Van Ameyde OF / LHP / Brother Rice, MI / 2025

Report: A true gamer in every sense. A consistent stick from the left side and an above average runner. Plus barrel control.

The Catchers

Brayden Crowe C / RHP / Hartland, MI / 2025

Report: 6-0, 190-pound right-handed hitting catcher prospect. Was 1.94-1.96 to second with an 83 mph catching velocity.
