Scouting Report

Take a look back at the journey below⤵️
7/26/23

Physical: High-waisted, athletic 5-foot-11, 155-pound build. 6.89 runner in the 60-yard dash.

Offensively: LHH. Quiet, balanced stance, as the hands worked lower with rhythm to start. Utilized a leg-kick stride to initiate his swing through a direct, uphill path into the hitting zone. Tons of connection towards the middle of the field, staying inside the ball for a T90MPH EV. Recorded a 43% sweet spot and angled the knob ITZ for length; quality contact skillset with barrel-whip.

Defensively: Primary MIF featured innate awareness at SS. Chopped the feet and glided around with a soft pocket and rhythmic exchange. Made a couple plays deep in the hole look easy, up to 88MPH across the diamond. Big finishing ability from H ¾ slot, but can change angles.

6/26/23

Physical: 5-11, 155 pounds; Athletic, lean build. 6.7 runner in the 60.

Offensively: LHH. Even setup, with feet wide spread; upright bat position. Loads straight back with a slight leg-kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing a strong lower half. Showed a compact swing path with a finish around the back.  More line drives than flyballs and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 91 MPH via Trackman. Scissor leg kick action living in the gaps.

Defensively: Starts with an upright /tall setup; uses prep hop while displaying fluid actions to the baseball. Hands work through the ball with a seamless transfer. Short take back from a standard 3/4 arm slot. INF - 81 MPH.
