Physical: 6-4, 215 pounds; Long, proportional build. 7.45 runner in the 60. Offensively: RHH. Open setup, with feet just outside his shoulders; upright bat position. Loads straight back with a knee knock leg kick for timing. Stays behind the ball while showing an aggressive lower half. Showed a flat swing path with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 99 MPH via Trackman. Power to all fields with advanced bat speed and rotational acceleration. Defensively: Starts with a balanced setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying in an elevated position. Hands are out in front while standing up during transfer. Moderate arm circle from a high 3/4 arm slot. 2.28-2.39 pop times. C - 71 MPH.

Loads straight back with a moderate leg kick for timing. Slides weight forward pre-contact. while showing a strong lower half. Showed a slight lift to the ball with a two handed finish. More flyballs than line drives and groundballs with a peak exit velocity of 97 MPH via Trackman. Big, powerful hitter. Impressive hand and bat speed as well as plus rotational acceleration. Defensively: Starts with a compact setup; utilizing a traditional primary position while staying in an elevated position. Hands are soft with a seamless transfer. Short take back from a high 3/4 arm slot. 2.11-2.22 pop times. C - 72 MPH. Big target behind the dish, kept his throws to second down and near the bag.
