Top Performer Spotlight: 2021 2B Danny Rogers (Troy)

CEVETTE'S QUICK HIT: Rogers jumped on our radar this summer at the NYS games and continued to make serious noise on the national level at the Future Games - held in Westfield, Indiana. He's just scratching the surface defensively where he continues to show more athleticism with a strong arm across the field. Offensively the bat is explosive with a repeatable path, makes loud consistent contact, and crushed a HR at the future games infront of 250 D1 coaches. Still developing physically with plenty to project, Rogers has a chance to be special.

In the box, fluid smooth swing plane. Slight incline to the barrel path. Balanced set-up and finish. Finds barrel. 88 mph exit velo with easy power to the gaps.
