Top Performer Spotlight: 2020 RHP Ryan Paige (West Genesee)

Dan Cevette
President, New York

Since June 7th, our boot-on-the-ground scouting team have seen 500+ players at showcase events, including the 2019 NYS Games. Already, 100's of players have caught the eyes of our professional scouting staff, all with dreams of playing baseball at the next-level. Over the remainder of the summer I (Dan Cevette) will be highlighting "Top Performer Spotlights" on players who really stood-out and offering my "Quick-Hit" thoughts on the players.

CEVETTE'S QUICK HIT

CEVETTE'S QUICK HIT: Paige has been consistent over the 18 months we have watched him play. The frame is thick and durable, compact repeatable delivery, drops some on his back leg as he drives towards home-plate. His arm-action is deep with a slight pause out of the glove, the swing is full and release is from a high 3/4 slot, his stride and body stay on the power-line. FB peaked 83 back in July, CB has 11/6 shape, CH has arm-side fade. Paige is a quality arm from CNY that just started his senior year.
