As the smoke continues to clear, we are fast-at-work piecing together all the scouting data we collected more than 6 weeks prior. Today we highlight yet another player who's performance earns an extra look.
Top performer report
WNY All-Star Game (September 24, 2017) Athletic middle infielder with fast-twitch actions. Offensively- Even stance with hands working back off shoulder with a quiet stride forward. Explosive through the zone, peppering the left center gap. Balanced approach and repeats swing. Exit velocity was 80 MPH. Defensively- Active defender with soft hands; quick arm with throws that carry across the diamond peaking at 79 MPH. Makes the play on the move and flashed some lateral range. Gamer approach with some grit in his makeup.
