Troccia: I have worked hard in the weight room lifting, I went to indoor facilities to work on my swing and glove work. Some things I have done is tee work, hitting in the cage, fielding grounders, working on the basics to get ready for the season.
PBR NY: Could you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
Troccia: Some strengths I have are my speed, I run a 6.56 60 yard dash, and I am quick on the base paths and have solid range at my position. Another strength is my bat. I hit for singles and doubles but can hit the long ball sometimes. A weakness I have is my arm, I need to work on my arm strength more and more, which I will continue doing.
