The Buzz
Granger shows above average, athletic actions on the baseball field, runs well. Last week we saw him square up an 85-mph fastball - mid way up the fence in the left-center gap, showing bat-speed and some bat-strength. Arm-strength is above average from the OF and although he has not thrown much this HS season, we like his upside on the mound as well. Granger will be on full-display July 7-9 at the PBR New York Games.

Granger stands 6-foot-0, 160-pounds with an athletic build. On the mound he throws from a high-¾ slot generating an 80-82 mph arm side run fastball. He throws a 69 mph curveball that has a small hump early, he needs to get on top of that pitch more and out in front on the release to get the hard late bite. He is very projectable because of this athleticism and quick hand speed (85 from OF). He needs to continue to develop and work on getting more extension on his pitches and finish.
