RECENT SHOWCASE HISTORY
Preseason - West (February 19, 2018)
At the box, upright setup, Barrel flat parallel with the ground, feet are shoulder width apart. Back load on the pitch for timing with a slightly long stride, Barrel drops and flattens out, mostly flat through the contact zone, one arm full finish, 77 mph exit velocity off a tee. Defensively, attacks the ball from a straight forward position, wide base, Glove out in front quick transfer, throws from a high 3/4 slot, 72 mph arm strength to the bag.
WHAT TO EXPECT
"Dick is a lean athletic 5 foot 10 175 pound infielder. Cade showed improvement in every event he’s attended. Dick had an 81 MPH exit velocity with a flat bat path in his last event in West NY. Defensively, Dick projects as a solid infielder at the next level with soft hands and could make all the routine plays in the infield. We look forward to seeing his improvements both at the plate and his actions in the infield."
