Scouting Report  

Flores is an athletic prospect with above average baseball actions across the board.He ran a 7.02 60. Offensively- He hits from the left side with a smooth, compact stroke. He sprays the ball around with potentially plus plus bat control. Exit velocity of 75 MPH but plays better. Defensively- He has good glove skills and already impressive arm strength with a short; clean arm action at  82 MPH. He plays the game with energy and excitement.

 

What to Expect

"Plenty of adjectives can go into describing Flores' game. Smooth, slick, effortless, clean, fluid...they all can be applied. At the plate he's shown a repeatable, effortless swing; above average balance and a short, compact stroke into the zone. The LHH can spray the ball around and use his legs to his advantage. Defensively his arm is left side capable and with some increased strength and overall physical maturity we are expecting a show on Saturday. Definite high follow for the talent laden 2018 class in New York."
