TOP PERFORMERS

Vicente Mendoza OF / RHP / Xaverian Brothers , MA/ Hudson Valley

Impressive numbers across the board. Extremely low mileage arm that will need to refine his secondary offerings on the the mound but you can't teach 90-93 MPH. CF/RF type with some lift through the middle of the field.

Kelvin Gutierrez OF / SS / Bathgate, NY/ Ulster CC

Above average runner; CF/LF type who can handle the bat from both sides of the plate. Will be a 2020 Sophomore.

Joshua Lopez C / Danbury, CT/ Monroe College

One of the strongest arms we've seen behind the plate; RS Freshman this past spring. Showed plenty of juice to the left-center gap.

Ronny Del Rosario C / Abraham Lincoln / Ulster CC , NY

Big body catcher who is quietly effective behind the dish with plenty of arm strength. Offensive games is showing glimpses of what could be a middle of the order bat. Rising Sophomore.

Franklin Tolentino 3B / James Monroe, NY / Western Oklahoma

Corner INF who might be better suited at 1B; showed defensive skill set at 3B and can swing it. Plenty of raw potential.

Patrick Ortiz OF / C / Yonkers, NY / Rockland CC

Rising Sophomore from Rockland CC; showed accurate arm with carry and balanced approach at the plate. Corner OF projection with 6.99 60.

Edward Urena RHP / James Monroe, NY / Western Oklahoma

The lanky RHP just completed a 6-1 season as Fr. Was 89-91 with late, 2 tier slider. Repeated delivery and stayed around the zone.

Anthony Vargas RHP / Alfred E. Smith, NY / Monroe College

Was up to 89 MPH but worked in the 85-87 MPH range; plenty of frame to fill out. FB command can waiver but the tools are there. Rising Sophomore.

Loncey Conyers RHP / St. Francis Prep, NY / Hillsborough JC

The sturdy RHP is your classic sinker/slider type. FB stayed down in the 85-86 range, touching 88. Collected a host of groundballs during his outing and stayed around the zone.

Kyle Lambert RHP / Colonie, NY / Hudson Valley CC

Projectable build at 6-foot-2 180 pounds; worked 84-87 MPH with 3 pitch feel. CB showed depth and change up featured arm side fade.

Keven Franco RHP / SS / Richmond Hill , NY / Ulster CC

Lean RHP who uses hesitations and varied deliveries to off set timing; worked 84-86 MPH and stayed down in the zone. Solid mound composure.
