NY Insider: Updated and Expanded 2018 Player Rankings

The 2018 graduating class here in New York has greatly expanded over the course of only a few short years. From scouting the HS season, summer, holding nearly 20 events a year, it's safe to say the amount of new players entering our system is fluid. We now turn our attention at this year's first updated and expanded crack at the 2018 rankings here in NY.
This graduating class as been the toughest yet to accurately project and rank out. As many know, here in New York players tend to develop at a much slower pace than players in warmer climate states. As a result, we take the true form of scouting to it's core. Real and honest projections are made not only on a player's current abilities, but also where we see his abilities going over the course of his HS career.
The 2018 class here in the Empire state is full of high-level talented players. 18 of the top 25 player's are already verbally committed to division-one baseball programs before they enter their junior summer - which is mind-blowing.
