PBR: Tell us about your commitment (where). Why did you choose this school? What are you most looking forward to when you step on campus?

YEHL: I verbally committed to WVU so that I could benefit from the fantastic coaching staff, join a great program that competes in the Big 12, and sing “ Country Roads” with the fans after a home field victory.

PBR: How is your off-season training progressing?

YEHL: I am currently working out with Steelhead Performance to improve my command.

PBR: Do you have any experience with PBR? If yes, how was your experience?

YEHL: I have attended several PBR events. Each has proven to be a fantastic experience. The innovative technology, equipment, and livestreaming has provided me with an opportunity to showcase my skills on the national stage. The event staff is always professional and encouraging. The staff make for a great team and put on events that I look forward to attending. 

PBR: Who is your biggest influence, both on the field and off?

YEHL: My Father is my biggest influence both on and off the field. He is always there to support and encourage me. He also reminds me that no matter how hard I work, there is ALWAYS room for improvement, and to never give up.

 PBR: What goals do you have for 2021 HS Season?

 YEHL: My goal for the 2021 High School season is to be a leader both on and off the field. I want to help my Team win a State Title and put Portville Central School Baseball “on the map”.
