TELL US MORE...
The offseason is upon us. Tell us a little about your off-season training:
I lift Monday through Friday, practice indoors every Wednesday and Sunday and hit in the cages 2-3 times a week.
Baseball is a game built on adversity & failure. How have you dealt with the the ups & downs the game brings? Who might have helped you along the way?
I deal with adversity by always having the mindset that no matter what the situation I am the best player on the field and there's no one better. My dad has helped me a lot along the way by doing everything from BP in the backyard starting in Little League to being one of the coaches currently on my travel team.

Who is your biggest influence in the game today?
Yadier Molina, he's the best defensive catcher of all time and I love the way he's not afraid to throw behind runners.

Best player you ever shared the field with and why?
Definitely 2020 LHP/1B Joe Vetrano (Lakeland / Boston College commit), I only played one game with him when my team asked him to play with us at Stony Brook. In that one game I could tell he was a next level player, he throws 90 from the mound and he hit a line drive to the opposite field that was the hardest hit ball I've ever seen, not only was he a great player but he was a great guy and an amazing teammate.

How has your experience been with Prep Baseball Report?
Prep Baseball Report has been amazing, every one of their events are run well, have a lot of coaches attending, and they do a fantastic job with social media. PBR has afforded me the opportunity to showcase my skill, and be selected to be a part of amazing experiences such as the NYS Games and Futures Games. These events allowed me to share a field with top talent in the state and represent the state of NY down in Georgia. PBR played a big role in my commitment to Binghamton since the NYS games were held in Binghamton and that was the first time the Binghamton coaches got a look at me. I would recommend others to use their platform because there is no other platform that will get you looked at by as many schools as PBR.

Most embarrassing moment on a ball-field?
One time I was playing a game on turf and the field was a little wet. I hit a ball into the gap for a sure triple, as I was rounding second base I slipped on the base and fell, I then had to scramble to get back to the base.

IN CLOSING...
The ultimate long term goal is what?
Obviously my long term goal is to get drafted and make it to the MLB since that's every kids dream, but other than that I want to help Binghamton win a lot of games and get my degree.

I committed to Binghamton because it is one of the best schools academically in New York. I also really liked the coaches, the players that I talked to and the facilities they have. I'm excited about the proposed new facility in addition to the program currently having one of the nicest fields I have ever played on.
