Players/Parents-

We are excited for our annual Big Apple Preview to kick off this Sunday at the Verrazano Baseball Complex (475 Brielle Ave, Staten Island, NY). This is a natural grass facility. Players may hit with wood or aluminum during batting practice but it's recommended to use aluminum during the exit velocity rotation.

College Coaches- Printed roster packets with player's contact information will be provided.

Schedule

9am: Check-in (Receive T-shirt, get photo taken)
9:40am: Active warmup and stretching brought to you by New York Sports Science Lab.
10am: 60 yd dash
10:20: Offensive Rotation (Batting Practice/Shag/Exit Velocity in cage)
11:20: Defensive Workout (OF/C/3B/2B & SS/1B)
12:15: Bullpens on main mound

* Estimated end time around 2pm.
* Pitcher Only can check in at 9:30am.
