Impact Newcomers: Aedan Palmer Soph LHP was 6-0 on the mound last year, and will see more of an everyday role in the outfield. Logan Demember saw action in 18 games and hit .343. Jackson Cavalier Soph who will provide depth on the mound and at 3rd base. Soph Logan Palmer will add depth at catcher.

Key Matchups: Lancaster Buffalo, Liverpool, both out of section games, and both made it to state final 8 or 4 last year. League games with Corning, Horseheads and Ithaca will be very challenging.

Coach’s Insight: “Section Four is one of the toughest sections in NYS, loaded with talent and great coaching. Teams like Horseheads, Corning, Vestal, Maine Endwell, JC, UE always have high level of talent. From top to bottom everyone is tough. With 7 of our seniors going on to play in college, plus 12 players returning our goal is to make a deeper run than last year. The team is motivated for a tough schedule that includes several state-ranked teams. This group has worked extremely hard since the end of last season to prepare for this season.
