2022 Scout Day: CT Rangers - Quick Hits

The Players

  • Angelo Centrone, 2023- A physical right-handed hitter, plus pop to gaps, smooth easy actions at 3rd base. Off the mound, low to mid 80’s fastball, with a ton more in there.
  • Tyler Fahey, 2024- A right-handed pitcher, is long and loose. Free and easy on the backside, fastball up to 78 mph, with a ton more in there.
  • Justin Feinstein, 2024- A two-way player, off the mound, throws a heavy, late action fastball, ran it up to 83 mph. Breaking ball shows really good spin. At the plate, the swing is short and crisp to all fields.
  • Chris Humprhreys, 2024- A right-handed hitter, good bat speed, with an all fields approach, throws it well from the outfield at 82 mph.
  • Nicolas Martini, 2025- A right-handed hitting middle infielder, short line drive stroke, twitchy actions.
  • Ryan Fedeli, 2023- A right-handed hitter, can play all over the field, high level defender, with an above average arm. The swing has length to it, a gap to gap approach.
  • Antonio Galizia, 2023- A right-handed hitting catcher, 2.0 pop, moves well behind the plate. The swing is short and crisp, and brings value with the ability to play first base.
  • Cooper Fesh, 2023- A smooth left-handed hitting catcher, swing works with ease, drives the baseball to all parts of the field, approach is advanced. Behind the plate, simple, clean actions, all throws on the bag, with a 1.98-2.08 pop time.
  • James Piccuillo, 2026- A right-handed hitter, shows potential to hit at some point.
