The Prep Baseball Nevada High School Pitcher of the Week highlights the best performance for a Nevada High School pitcher from the previous week.  Each week, High School coaches across the State are asked to fill out our questionnaire for Pitcher and Player of the Week, along with our scouting staff attending games and scouring box scores throughout the week.  Every Saturday a link will be pushed out on social accounts to the Player/Pitcher of the Week questionnaire with a deadline of Saturday night at 11:59PM, followed by the announcement on Sunday.

With our second Pitcher of the Week of the 2024 season, Spanish Springs' right-hander Zach Dinubilo (Clark College commit) who went 5.2 no-hit innings on Thursday, ultimately working six complete shutout innings en route to 1-0 win over Reno.

'24 RHP Zach Dinubilo got the ball in a big matchup on Thursday against Reno and had his stuff working as he went 5.2 innings without surrending a hit. The Clark College commit ultimately went six innings allowing no runs, one hit and struck out 8 as the Cougars picked up a big 1-0 victory over Reno. Dinubilo has been a go-to arm for Spanish Springs this season as he currently boasts a 0.00 ERA.
