Team Nevada: Anthony Marnell IV
July 22, 2020
With the PBR Future Games exactly one month out, we are going to take a look at the prospects selected to represent Team Nevada. These are the best Uncommitted prospects that our state has to offer in the 2022 - 2023 classes and are expected to be some of the first prospects off the board. I am extremely excited about this years team with level of talent that will representing our state against the top Uncommitted players from around the country.
Anthony Marnell is an above average receiver behind the dish with the ability to swing it from both sides of the plate with power potential coming as he continues to add strength to his 6-foot-1 frame. Marnell quickly became one of the favorite targets of the D1 loaded Bishop Gorman rotation and is looking to do the same with the talented list of arms that make up the Team Nevada rotation. Marnell possesses a similar stroke from both sides of the plate with a simple hand rhythm into a medium leg kick that gets down on time allowing his barrel to clear and in recent tournaments, he has been making some loud contact at the plate that we are expecting him to carry straight into the Future Games.
