October 7, 2020
With the 2020 summer now completed, we have updated the PBR Player Ranking for the 2021 Class. Our local and national staff broke down the performances by the top players in the class from throughout the summer and that lead into a huge shake up at the top, including a new member of the Top 5.
The updated 2021 PBR Player Rankings are highlighted by #1 Ranked, Garrett Cutting, out of Arbor View High School. The Oregon commit remained in the top spot with a highly talented group in his wake, including TCU commit, Tommy DiLandri, and recent Oregon commit, Jacob Walsh. The highest riser in the 2021 Rankings, Tanner McDougal, had a huge summer with a significant velocity jump that helped him earn a spot on the Cincinnati Reds Area Code team where he continued to show he belongs among the best in his class.
With the top 13 prospects already committed to play baseball at the next level, we now look Inside the Rankings and highlight the top Uncommitted 2021 prospects as we head into the Uncommitted Upperclass event at the end of next month:
