Scouting Report
9/19/15 – Chece proves each time I see him to be a guy who proves that will can out-do “stuff”. Chece pitches with aggressiveness and tempo. He has an efficient arm action and a ¾ arm slot. He has an explosive back side and uses it efficiently. He pitched in this outing commanding his 78-82 mile-per-hour fastball with arm side run. He also mixed in a late biting breaking ball with 12-to-6 shape at 69-72 miles-per-hour. He gives both right-handers and left-handers fits due to late movement down in the zone.
