On Tuesday July 25^th, Prep Baseball Report of North Carolina ran its first outdoor invite only event at the University of North Carolina.  A beautiful day featured over 50 players from across the state, on hand to go through a pro-style workout followed by live game action in front of PBR Staff, college coaches and pro scouts.  Today we begin to dive into the event's numbers, taking a look at the top performers across a number of categories.

Each position player ran through a workout, showing offensive and defensive skills.  On defense, the arm speeds were measured from right field for the outfielders and from shortstop for the infielders.  First basemen and catchers were also recorded from their positions.  Offensively, exit velocities were taken in a batting cage setting, measuring the speed off the barrel of the ball.  For the pitchers, all of their stats were taken in a live game situation.
