Inside the Recruitment: '15 OF Ryan McKenna discusses commitment to Liberty

Ryan McKenna, OF, 2015 (Berwick, Maine)
PBR: How is the fall going?
Ryan: Very well. I've started my off season workouts at the Center for Athletes in Somersworth, NH.
PBR: What are your plans for the off-season?
Ryan: To get bigger and stronger for the upcoming season and the MLB Draft.
PBR: Why did you choose Liberty and who else was in the mix?
Ryan: I chose Liberty because of the great facilities, the connection with the coach, and the Christian aspect of the school. Maryland and Boston College were also in the mix.
PBR: What do you feel your strengths and weaknesses are as a player?
Ryan: My strengths are my hitting ability and my speed.
PBR: What big leaguer do you like to watch?
Ryan: Robinson Cano.
PBR: Who has had a bunch of influence on your baseball career thus far?
Ryan:God, My Dad, and my instructor Dave Hoyt at USA Training Centers in Newington, NH.
