Updated Class of 2027 Player Rankings (September)

Throughout the summer we were all over the state, scouting numerous prospects and seeing many new names came to the forefront of the recruiting scene. With that information, we are updating each of our class rankings based off what we have seen. Next up is the Class of 2027.

As school gets underway and the fall sports season kicks off, we will take a look at "What's New at the Top", "Notable Newcomers”, "Risers", "Summer Showcase Standouts", "Prospects College Coaches Need To Circle Back To " and a look some of the top uncommitted prospects by position, and a close look at the Top 10.

What’s New In The Top 10

  • Kaiden McCarthy tops the list for the 2027 rankings as he showed out at the Super Sophomore Games. The athletic right-hander sported a low 90’s fastball and with a plus spin pitch.
  • Seamus Keller, long and lanky right-hander is as projectable as you get. His best days are in front of him. He sits are #2 in the rankings.
  • Brady Collins, super athletic right-handed hitting catcher. He can also kick out to the outfield. The bat is plus and he showed be a big recruit out of the New England region.  
  • Jackson Fulginite, coming in at #4, the quick armed right-hander displays plus stuff across the board.
  • Andrew Valentino, long and loose right-hander who has been up to 89 mph. The 5th ranked prospect can also defend in the middle of the field and swings the bat. 

Notable Newcomers

  • Hunter Finck, athletic right-hander out of Maine was upper level stuff. He is a good guy to see in the coming months.  
  • Bryan Arias, athletic player with a higher level skill set.  
  • Jameson Gray, a young left-handed pitcher, was impressive during an outing this summer. His best days are in front of him.  
  • Jackson Fulginite, extremely quick armed left-hander with a bright future.
  • Joe Kett, athletic right-handed pitcher who showed well in North Carolina.
  • Harry Jones, a right-handed pitcher, made a huge jump, super athletic, tons of projection.

Summer Showcase Standouts

  • Kaiden McCarthy, right-handed pitcher who topped at 93 mph during the event in North Carolina.
  • Jacob Budarz, strong right-handed hitter who put on a hitting display at the Super Sophomore Games in North Carolina.
  • Brady Collins, athletic catcher, sprayed the ball all over the field this summer.
  • Coby Dagata, a right-handed pitcher, threw the baseball tremendous at the super sophomore, mid 80’s fastball with life, a ton more to come. 

College Coaches Need To Circle Back To

  • Tyler Koski, right-handed hitting middle infielder with an excellent skill set.
  • Lucas Sarno, right-handed hitting middle infielder, arguably the best young defender in New England.
  • Kyle Soule, left-handed hitting middle infielder, the hands have life.
  • Cameron Castillo, long and lanky right-handed pitcher that projects through the roof.
  • William Haggerty, a right-handed pitcher, electric stuff, baseball explodes out of his hand.
