Co-Director of Scouting
As the winter approaches we have tweaked our 2016 rankings. These rankings include the states of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire and Rhode Island. The rankings are done collaboratively with state directors. PBR is very proud to bring you exposure and coverage in the Greater New England area. With that being said, we bring to you the updated and expanded 2016 player rankings.
Below, we will take a look at the “top of the class” the “newcomers” the “biggest risers” and the top uncommitted players at their respected position.
TOPS OF THE CLASS
The 2016 rankings are highlighted by three high level arms, Holden White (LHP, Kingswood-Oxford, CT), Jackson Gillis (LHP, Wilmington, MA), and Matthew Cleveland (RHP, Windsor, CT, pictured right).
The three pitchers are all high level prospects, which will more than likely leave them with a decision to make come spring ... attend college or sign with a MLB team.
