PBR: Why did you choose Webster?

I chose Webster because they have a lot to offer when it comes to resources and facilities, and I got along really well with the coaching staff and team on my visit.

PBR: What other schools were you considering?

I had another offer from Pratt Community College, Coach Thompson and his staff were really great and made it a tough decision.

PBR: Where did the coaching staff first see you? How did your relationship develop with them?

They first saw me at a St. Louis showcase. After a game one of the assistant coaches, Coach Bishop talked to me after the game and told me he'd stay in contact with me. We talked on the phone and he invited my family and I on a campus visit, where I met head coach Bill Kurich and the rest of his staff. They are all really great people and coach Kurich would always call me and text me asking how baseball was going and how I was and that went a long way.

PBR: Was there one deciding factor that put your choice over the top?

I'd say that when I went on an overnight visit at the campus I bonded really well with the other players already there, and one of my fellow teammates and good friend is also committed to Webster as well.

PBR: Who has helped you the most to get to where you are today?

I would definitely say my fall ball coach, coach Rollie was a huge roll in getting me to where I am today, he helped me so much with the recruiting process and made it a lot less stressful, another person I'd like to mention is one of my old select coaches Kirby Killion, he's been helping me with my hitting and just been there and supported me since I got into high school.

PBR: Going into your senior season this spring, what are your expectations for your team?

My expectations are pretty high for us. We did really well in the summer season and we were a team full of juniors and sophomores, so we're gonna have pretty much the same team going into this spring, so I'm excited to see how we do.

PBR: What is your most memorable baseball moment to date?

Definitely getting the Gatorade bath in the summer district championship game this following summer after a pretty good outing on the mound and a good day at the plate.

PBR: Who is the hardest pitcher in the state to get a hit off of?

I'd have to say Dylan Phillips, he's always a tough guy to face as a hitter, he's not going to K-state for no reason.
