Scouting Report

6/30/21

 

Positional Profile: SS
Body: 6-1, 180-pounds.
Defense: Side step to close footwork. Shows athleticism and some actions. Clean glove work out front. Slight long arm actions, good arm speed w/ present arm strength.
Arm: R.  INF - 86 mph.
Hit: RHH. Athletic, balanced start. Short leg lift to stride. Hand level shoulder slot. Strength and balance in rotation. Short, level path through ball. Hard LD mid contact with pull side pop.
Power: 87 mph exit velocity from the tee.
Run: 7.15 runner in the 60.

Position: SS/RHP

Body: 5-foot-11, 175-pound projectable frame

Hit: Started in an athletic balanced stance with a controlled load, then used a small leg kick to start his swing. Average bat speed. High finish, upward swing.

Power: 81 mph exit velocity. gap to gap approach.

Defense: Infield, Consistent hands, developing footwork, clean exchange. Athletic. Fields the ball out front movements laterally were athletic.

Arm: 81 Infield velocity. Short arm action, ¾ slot, consistent accuracy.

Speed: 7.26

Pitching: Above average. Feel delivery, easy effort. High ¾ arm angle, quick arm speed, compact arm action. Consistent balance point, downhill shoulders, lands square, a clean finish.

FB: T80. 77-78 mph. Straight movement.

CB: 67-69 mph. 11/5 movement, slight action.

CH: 72-75 mph. Fading action.
