Prep Baseball was at North Meck HS in Charlotte, NC on October 24th for the Prep Baseball Scout Day with WOW Factor Charlotte.  Scout Days allow for organizations to run a workout for their players with Prep Baseball in attendance.  Players that attend have a chance to update their Prep Baseball profile page with stats, metrics, and video.

The day began with players running a laser timed 60 yard. 10yd and 30yd splits were taken as well.  Offensive evaluations were next with players going through multiple rounds of BP.  TrackMan was used to track all ball flight off the bat.  Following the offensive session, players worked out at their defensive positions and then pitchers threw controlled bullpens.  The entire day was captured on video and player profiles will be updated with a highlight video of the workout.

60 Yard Splits

While running the 60, lasers were set up at the 10yd and 30yd intervals to get splits.  Along with the 10yd and 30yd splits, taken from the start of each runner, we have added splits from the 10yd to the 30yd and the 30yd marker to the 60yd finish.  Each of these splits see thr runner at full speed as they trip the start wire.
