Saturday, July 27th was final day of pool play at the 2024 Junior Future Games at LakePoint Sports in Emerson Georgia. Players from all over North Carolina make up this year's North Carolina 14U Junior Future Games roster from the 2028 and 2029 grad classes. In the team's final pool play game, they won 10-1 against New Jersey. Below, we provide Quick Hit highlights from the game.

Levi Kerr SS / 3B / Marvin Ridge, NC / 2028

6'3"-185lb Athletic Frame with a clean delivery, 82-84 T85 with fastball that had ride and life at the plate. Feel for slider (has wipeout potential) in the 70-76 range. 

 

Ellis White OF / 3B / Cox Mill, NC / 2028

6'0"-169lbs, attacked balls left over the plate and showed power potential driving a 2B into the LFC gap. 2-2 on the day 1B & 2B.

 

 

Brandon Forrest 3B / SS / Davie County, NC / 2028

5'10"-150lbs, athlete, clean swing with barrel feel, 2-3 with a 1B and 2B, showed speed and power on the 2B.

 

 

Hunter Hedgecoe C / 3B / Terry Sanford High, NC / 2028

6'0"-175lb strong frame, plus arm behind the dish, sits in the low 2's on pop times, was 2-2 on the day with a 1B & 3B.
