August is always an interesting month to follow the recruiting world. The senior class just finished off their final summer of showcase type baseball and for the first time, we had a class of athletes that had not been allowed to speak to college coaches prior to August 1st begin to get calls, take visits, and ultimately make their decisions. August also sees the beginning of commitments from players that attended the Prep Baseball Future Games, the biggest uncommitted event in the country. This year the event saw over 425 college coaches and scouts in attendance.
Below we take a look at highlighted players that committed to the school of their choice in August of 2024.
