Best of 2023: No. 1 Most Viewed Profile

Brandon Hall
Mid-Atlantic Scouting Director

Walker Jenkins comes in as our No. 1 most viewed profile of 2023.  With over 1 million profile views per month on the platform, PBR continues to provide an unparralled platform for amateur baseball players to connect with college coaches and pro scouts, as well as take an analytical look at how they compare to players in their state, in their class, and across the country.

Jenkins was a unique prospect that had a breakout summer heading into his JR year.  From that point forward, Jenkins was geared to be a first round prospect.  The interesting aspect of following Jenkins was that with all the time the baseball world had to knock Jenkins off his perch, he continued to soar and raise his profile.  A left handed hitter with a unique blend of skill in the box, current power, and future power potential, Jenkins was the focal point of every team he faced.  As the baseball world got to know Jenkins, everyone was quick to buy into the baseball prospect, but they were just as quick to buy into person that Jenkins is.  After getting South Brunswick to make a mini-run in the state playoffs, Jenkins heard his name called in the 1st round, with pick No. 5 overall, by the Minnesota Twins.
