It is with great excitement that we release to you today our first update to the Va/DC Class of 2025 rankings with our Top 25 release. Following today's Top 25 release, we will unveil our full 100 player release on Tuesday.
Starting off with our still #1 player in the 2025 class, Donavan Jeffrey. Jeffrey had a solid high school season for the regional champion Manchester Lancers and has only gone up since the start of the summer season. Over the past few weeks he has shown our staff his athleticism turning out a 6.78 60 on Swift lasers and his power display at the plate. Jeffrey launched two towering homeruns this past weekend in the 16U Summer Championships.

Another day another Jeffrey ?. Kid flat out rakes. Quiet load and barrel just rips through the zone. This one over the batters eye in center. Big time ?@PBRVirginiaDC @ksallday19 #PBRVADCSummerChamp #PBRBombSquad pic.twitter.com/My8B3ie5o0
Checking in at #6 is uncommitted state champion first baseman Luke Craddock. The Highland School slugger has had a hot start to the summer and put on a show at Lakepoint in front of our national scouts at the NPI. Craddock's ability to produce in game power at the plate is possibly the best in the state and region in the 2025 class.
Picking up where he left off yesterday (HR 104 off bat), ‘25 IF Luke Craddock (VA) turns this one around for a loud single thru the left side.
