NO. 9 Kahlil watson
MOST VIEWED PROFILES OF 2020

Coming in with the 9th most viewed profile in North Carolina for 2020 is Kahlil Watson. He is one of the most dynamic players in the 2021 class. The left handed hitting shortstop has lots of bat speed and has proven he can handle quality pitching. He is an athletic defender and his speed plays on the base paths. Watson looks to be high on many teams draft boards heading into the spring.

Scouting Report

NC State commit. Quick twitch athlete at 5-foot-10, 178-pounds. Electric player who stood out throughout the weekend. Left hand hitter with a loose swing with the ball carrying off his barrel during batting practice. Extremely comfortable and confident with zone awareness in the box putting together quality at bats. Tripled in his first at bat crushing a ball off the center field wall. Had a base hit to left center against a lefty in his second at bat, barreled another ball to left on day 2. Hands work on the infield with fluid actions. Athleticism stands out in all phases of his game.
