Player Notes
Ethan Woodard, C, Stuart Cramer HS, 2020
Tripled into the RCF gap in his first AB and scored on a RBI ground out by Riley Cash. Strong catchers arm. Accurate, has shown carry from the crouch and in block and recover. Calm demeanor handled his pitching staff well all weekend.
Andrei Beal, RHP, Parkwood HS, 2020
Compact frame with a short quick arm stroke. FB was holding at 83-84 early and was 79-82 later in the game. Controlled the pitch to both sides of the plate and effectively changed speeds with a SL that showed late bite and 10/4 shape at 71-73 mph.
Andrew Beal (RHP, Parkwood, 2020) - goes the distance for SBA punching out 11. Seen here K’ing the last batter of the game. FB 83-84 early 79-82 late. #SouthAtlanticSummerChampionship @TheShipyardPark @PBRTournaments pic.twitter.com/vnb5AkokIx
