The start of the NC High School State Playoffs brings an air of excitement.  The weather is warming.  The school year is nearing an end.  And every game is win or go home...

During the state playoffs, PBR's scouts will be on the road filing game reports as well as player reports for the over 900 colleges and universities that subscribe to PBR.  The excitement continued in the 3rd round, with most games played on May 14th.  Below are some player notes and scouting reports, from PBR scouts in attendance of these games.

Appalachian St commit.  Fastball at 85-87, hiding the ball well with a short arm arc.  Fastball played up, jumping on hitters.  Advanced command of his glove side.
