Throughout the fall, our staff will occasionally get out to see mid-week fall ball games between travel and high school-based teams. Thursday night, North Stafford traveled to take on Highland in fall action. The game was shortened by rain to just two innings, but that was still enough time for a few players to stand out.

Casey Fletcher LHP / OF / North Stafford, VA / 2024

.@Baseball_NSHS 2024 LHP Casey Fletcher showed a lanky frame with a lot of room to add strength to it. Showed 2 breaking balls with different shapes and velocities.

John Noah Lukonis SS / RHP / Highland , VA / 2023

Lanky frame with projection left to it, easy loose quick arm action. FB has late life and breaking ball has good armspeed and late hard bite.

Connor McAuley LHP / OF / Highland, VA / 2022

2022 LHP/OF @Connor_McAuley7 (@Highland_BSBL)

Strong athletic frame, short quick arm action with normal effort to his delivery. Showed ability to locate curveball to both sides of the plate.
