Round 2: Lake Norman (3-0)
Round 3: Providence (4-0)
Round 4: West Forsyth (10-3)

Key Players

Cam Brantley, OF, 2018 - UNC commit
Vasili Kaloudis, SS, 2019
Parker Ledford, 3B, 2018
Trey Tujetsch, RHP, 2019 - South Carolina commit

Luke Carpenter, LHP, 2019

What Has To Happen to Advance

Trey Tujetsch and Luke Carpenter have been fantastic in the back half of the season.  There is depth in the bullpen should the Knights need it. The key to the series will be the continued stellar play of the defense.  Vasili Kaloudis has been very steady at SS, allowing Tujetsch and Carpenter to attack the strike zone. The offense can score in multiple ways but probably is not considered dynamic.  Expect low scoring games where execution is key if the Knights are to advance

What Has To Happen to Advance

The Eagles have had a tremendous year where they have won in a number of different ways.  Battle tested, they don’t flinch and completely expect to be in this position. To take it further, look for two things: (1) Solid starting pitching, allowing the coaching staff to dictate match-ups later in the game & (2) Connor Norby is allowed to produce.  The first is pretty simple. The second means the guys hitting around Norby need to get on base, forcing Ardrey Kell to work to Norby… expect big things if Norby is hitting with runners in scoring position over the course of the week.
