Game Recap:
Charlotte Christian scored 11 unanswered runs after falling behind 1-0 in the first to capture their first win of 2019. Up 5 - 1 in the 5th, the Knights plated 6 wins to close the game. JT Killen worked the first three innings, striking out 9. Sam Goldstein threw two scoreless innings, striking out 4 to close the game for the Knighs.

Greensboro Day 1            Covenant Day 12

Game Recap:
The Lions of Covenant Day used a fast start on the mound and in the box from 2021 LHP Phillip Abner to get their 2019 season rolling. Abner worked 3 innings, striking out 9, and produced an RBI double in his 1st at-bat. Staked to a 2-1 lead in the 4th, the Lions would add 2 runs in the inning and followup with an 8 run 5th to end the game.
