Grove, a South Carolina recruit, is an imposing presence standing 6-foot-4, 215-pounds with a longer arm stroke that allows him to drive fastballs into the zone in the upper 80s, and will likely be above 90 in the spring. The left-hander has impressive current arm strength at a young age, and should progress quickly moving forward.

Grove is a physically advanced 6-foot-4, 215-pound LHP/1B. The underclassmen has shown steady gains in velocity over the past year while adding several inches to his frame. Grove currently sits in the mid-80s with the potential for significant velocity gains in future years.
